Transition from a conventional CLM survey to data collected directly from the source- affected communities
Lot more focus on using CLM data in realtime to respond to community needs instead of just using it for reporting.
A lot more focus establishing connect through SBCC, near, chat, conversational AI etc.
Increased focus on data use and identifying key gaps impacting programmatic targets and outcomes
A lot of focus on integrating CLM with the national data ecosystem through interoperability standards- aligned with the RSSH objectives

The adapdation process involves adpating different components of the OneImpact platform such as questionnaire, information content, registration details, community forums, dashboard indicators and much more.
Once the adapted platform has been reviewed by all the stakeholders including the NTP, the platform is launched and implemented in the country for people to engaged and kick start the engagement.
Once the platform has been reviewed by all the stakeholders including the NTP, the platform is piloted by opening up access to a small group of people .
Various consultative workshops and meetings are conducted for different stakeholders to get feedback on all components of the OneImpact platform. All these feedbacks are documented and finalized.
Once all the feedbacks from the initial pilots are recieved, these feedbacks are incorrpoated in the platform and the overall platform is further upgraded.
Once all the feedbacks from country stakeholders has been incorproated, the platform is then institutionalised as one of the core intervention within the National program including inclusion into the NSP.
It is ensured that the platform is fully integrated with the national data ecossytem and hosted and deployed in preferred server.
The platform is then sclaed up to maximise reach across all TB affected community across the nation. Different stratgies like social media promotion, inclusion of access link in TB treatment card, leveraging NTP communication mechineries are leveregd.
Initial assessment focuses understanding the community needs and scope for adapting the OneImpact platform based on country specific needs

Putting people at the heart of the TB response is critical for ending TB. Every year, health systems miss millions of people affected by TB because of barriers to health services, human rights violations, stigma, and a lack of access to support services. In response OneImpact is a digital platform made up of three tools that work together to provide a comprehensive community empowerment, community engagement and community-led monitoring solution that puts people at the heart of the TB response.
The OneImpact Platform is being very useful, before we had difficulties in approaching the patients to understand the causes of the problems such as abandonment or poor adherence to treatment, but now with OneImpact, we will know what is happening with the patient when he does not show up at the health facility and depending on the reason we can support him until he finishes the treatment.
OneImpact has potential to revolutionize how CLM intervention are executed in Nigeria. This will truly help the National TB program to identify key community gaps to bring systemic changes and drive evidence based policies in the country.
OneImpact is the kind of technology we have been looking for to enhance TB control efforts in Nigeria, we have been fighting against the epidemic of TB for many years but the OneImpact has revolutionized our approach.
OneImpact Mozambique is giving a voice to TB affected communities in novel, innovative and structured ways. By using OneImpact we are acknowledging and validating the opinions and experiences of people affected by TB in Mozambique. In ADPP we are leveraging these voices to pinpoint systemic and social challenges the impact the lives of people with TB so that the TB response can be more reactive to the needs of people affected by TB.
Thea Then (Mr), 18 years old and a young boy with TB. He lives in Ta Phoak Village, Bakong Commune, Prasat Bakong District, Siem Reap Province. Then is an active user of OneImpactK+ since he has installed this Community-Led Monitoring (CML) tool that introduced by the locally peer support group leader. As being a young age and having TB, he feels so impressed through using this such useful application because he has been able to access necessary knowledge and information related to TB, get connected to other people living with and experienced TB in his respective commune and also other communes, and especially to report his challenges associated the drug-side effects. He recommends that all people living with TB should use this application and frequently access the inside features which can benefit from them.
We have experience with OneImpact for about two years. For us from the DPS the experience is very good, because the information we get from OneImpact we can’t get through our information system. For example, medicines are now decentralised, and sent directly to the health facilities (HF). Unfortunately we at DPS cannot be present in all the HFs to receive the medicine and have a report that confirms it has arrived at the HF. When TB patients report at the OneImpact platform that there is no medicine in the HF, we get to know that something is not right. One of our indicators is the ‘cure rate’, and if the patient has no medicine, obviously we will not have high cure rates. Reports of lacking medicine have drawn our attention to the “drug stock-out” problem, which is in our interest to solve.
OneImpact is a cutting-edge tool for the entire TB community in Ukraine. People with TB are empowered with information and ways to report challenges. TBpeople Ukraine uses the data reported to respond immediately to peoples’ challenges. Evidence generated through OneImpact is being used to enhance multi-sectoral dialogues for comprehensive community responses.
In DRC we always knew that people affected by TB face numerous and diverse challenges but now we know for sure. By giving a voice to the affected TB community the OneImpact TB Tolongi data is telling us just how often people face challenges and what types of challenges they face. Between drug stock outs, loss of income, people being abandoned by their families, the challenges are many. With this information however we now have the evidence to promote change and to call on a broader response to meet the comprehensive needs of people affected by TB.
OneImpact Family aims to connect communities worldwide, harnessing the collective power of people, uniting the most vulnerable communities across countries into one global space to support and strengthen the global movement of people affected by TB and their ability to connect with key decision makers and stakeholders for an accountable TB response.

As a result, more than 200 people have installed applications on their phones and have started using its library of knowledge and capacities.
Community-led monitoring is a key strategic response to combatting the challenges faced by TB survivors and communities affected by TB and overcoming the bottlenecks in ending the TB epidemic. OneImpact CLM alone, however, cannot meet the goal of ending TB by 2030 – it must be driven and led by us as TB survivors and our communities.
