OneImpact Philippines Privacy Policy
OneImpact Philippines is a digital health solution platform developed by the Stop TB Partnership and community and civil society partners, powered by Dure Technologies, to enhance and support community-led monitoring of the TB response. Respect for your privacy and confidentiality is key to the success of community-led monitoring. This OneImpact Philippines Privacy Policy is therefore meant to help you understand what information OneImpact Philippines collects from you, how the information is used, where the information is stored, with whom the information is shared, and how you can manage or delete your information.
What kinds of information does OneImpact Philippines collect?
OneImpact Philippines collects six kinds of information:
- Personal Information: Collected via the Registration Form in your User Profile. This may include your age, gender, user type, TB status, identification as a TB key population, and health facility information. If you identify as a TB key population, additional personal details may be collected, such as occupation, income status, legal status, immigration status, drug use, disability, or ethnicity.
- Geolocation Data: If permitted, OneImpact Philippines collects GPS-based location data about your device, which often indicates your location.
- Health Information: Collected from the Registration Form, the Get Involved section, or surveys. This includes details about your TB, HIV status, health care, and the health care of your family or close contacts.
- Chat Information: Collected from communications in the Get Connected section.
- Report Information: Includes details provided when you submit a report about a TB Challenge in the Get Involved section.
- Device Information: Includes unique identifiers, browser type and settings, device type and settings, and operating system.
How does OneImpact Philippines use your information?
- Personal Information: Used to identify you and facilitate TB Challenge reporting and resolution. It may also be de-identified and aggregated for analysis to improve the TB response.
- Geolocation Data: Used to show nearest health facilities, track report locations, and for aggregated analysis.
- Health Information: Used for resolving TB Challenges and aggregated analysis.
- Chat Information: Used solely for communication between users.
- Report Information: Used to resolve TB Challenges and for aggregated analysis.
- Device Information: Used for app updates and maintenance.
Where is your information stored, who stores it, and for how long?
The information is stored digitally by Microsoft Azure, owned and controlled by Dure Technologies. Data may be stored on servers in the U.S. or locally in some countries. Data is retained for the duration of the project or until you request deletion.
How is your information shared?
- Internal Sharing: Accessible to the project team at the implementing organization in your country.
- External Sharing: De-identified and aggregated data may be shared with outside entities, including government authorities. You may consent to sharing personal information with first responders.
- Chat Information: Accessible only to chat participants and moderators.

You can manage or delete your OneImpact Philippines account by following the steps mentioned here.
If your data has been de-identified and aggregated, it cannot be deleted, but it will be difficult to identify you or your data.
