OneImpact Family is a digital health solution platform developed by the Stop TB Partnership and community partners, powered by Dure Technologies, with the aim to bring people affected by TB and other stakeholders together at a global level who share common values towards Ending TB by 2030.

Where Is Your Information Stored, Who Stores It, and For How Long?

Your information is stored digitally on a commercial cloud computing service, owned by Dure Technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure. Data is physically stored in the United States, and for some countries, on local servers. The data, except for chat information, is retained as long as the project is operational in your country or until you request account deletion.

How Is Your Information Shared?

Except for chat information, access to the data is restricted to individuals involved in the OneImpact Family project within the implementing organization in your country. Data shared with external entities is de-identified, making identification challenging. You may consent to sharing personal information with first responders when reporting a TB Challenge.

How Can You Manage or Delete Your Information or Contact the Stop TB Partnership or Dure Technologies?

You can manage or delete your OneImpact Family account or information through the provided form, with requests addressed within 30 days. De-identified and aggregated data cannot be deleted but ensures anonymity. For inquiries, contact support@stoptb.org.
