OneImpact Family is a digital health solution platform developed by the Stop TB Partnership and community partners, powered by Dure Technologies, with the aim to bring people affected by TB and other stakeholders together at a global level who share common values towards Ending TB by 2030.

Respect for your privacy and confidentiality is crucial to the success of community-led monitoring. This OneImpact Family Privacy Policy is designed to help you understand what information OneImpact Family collects from you, how the information is used, where it is stored, with whom it is shared, and how you can manage or delete your information.

What Kinds of Information Does OneImpact Family Collect?

OneImpact Family collects the following information:

• Personal Information: Collected via the Registration Form in your User Profile and country you belong/using from.
• Geolocation Data: Collected, if permitted, through the Global Positioning System (GPS) to identify your device's location.
• Health Information: Provided in the OneImpact Family feed section as expressed by the user, if they choose to share their health information.
• Device Information: Collected details about the device on which OneImpact Family is installed, including unique identifiers, browser type, settings, device type, settings, and operating system.

How Does OneImpact Family Use Your Information?

The information collected is used as follows:

• Personal Information: Identifies you and facilitates reporting and possibly support in resolution of the identified TB Challenges. De-identified and aggregated for analysis to improve the global TB response.
• Geolocation Data: Identifies and displays nearest health facilities, tracks locations of TB Challenge reports, and, in de-identified form, supports global TB response analysis.
• Health Information: Enables resolutions for reported TB Challenges and, in de-identified form, aids analysis to enhance the TB response globally.
• Device Information: Facilitates app updates to maintain and improve OneImpact Family's operation.

Where Is Your Information Stored, Who Stores It, and For How Long?

Your information is stored digitally on a commercial cloud computing service, owned by Dure Technologies, specifically Microsoft Azure. Data is physically stored in the United States, and for some countries, on local servers. The data, except for chat information, is retained as long as the project is operational in your country or until you request account deletion.

How Is Your Information Shared?

Except for chat information, access to the data is restricted to individuals involved in the OneImpact Family project within the implementing organization in your country. Data shared with external entities is de-identified, making identification challenging. You may consent to sharing personal information with first responders when reporting a TB Challenge.

How Can You Manage or Delete Your Information or Contact the Stop TB Partnership or Dure Technologies?

You can manage or delete your OneImpact Family account or information through the provided form, with requests addressed within 30 days. De-identified and aggregated data cannot be deleted but ensures anonymity. For inquiries, contact support@stoptb.org.
